This coffee drink can be served warm or chilled. It's made with half and half, brown sugar, brewed coffee or espresso, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and an optional shot of bourbon.

1 1/2 cup half and half
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups strong brewed coffee or espresso
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup bourbon, optional
Heat the half-and-half in a saucepan over medium-high heat until hot but do not let it boil.
Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the brown sugar, coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and bourbon.
Pour into coffee mugs or serve over ice for iced lattes.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
