ingredients
3 cups chopped Red Delicious apples
1 cup chopped Yellow Delicious apples
Fruit Fresh or lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup chopped English walnuts
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 cup green grapes
directions
Soak apples and a light sprinkle of Fruit Fresh in enough water to cover.
Combine mayonnaise and sugar in a large bowl. Drain apples and add to bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Keep refrigerated.

Best Waldorf Salad in America. When you make it it's always great. The only variation I do is use both regular and golden raisins in a 50/50 mix using same amount called for. I thought I had seen that once in the receipe. Gary Hagan Louisville, Ky.
