Layered Spinach Salad

ingredients
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 quart torn fresh spinach
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sweet red onion slices
10 ounces frozen peas, thawed and drained
DRESSING
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
TOPPING
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese, for sprinkling
directions
Combine romano cheese with crumbled bacon. Mix well.
In a 2 1/2 quart glass bowl, layer spinach, all the cheese bacon mixture, mushrooms, onions, and peas.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; add sugar, mix well. Spread over salad to seal (like frosting).
Top with Romano cheese. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
