Mandarin Spinach Salad with Basic French Dressing

ingredients
1 pound fresh spinach
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin oranges, drained
1 bunch green onions, sliced
5 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Basic French Dressing
3/4 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 ounces cider vinegar
6 ounces salad oil
directions
To make Basic French Dressing: Mix dry ingredients. Add vinegar and oil, shake well.
To make salad: Wash, stem, and tear spinach leaves. Chill.
Before serving, add orange sections, onions, bacon and almonds.
Pour Basic French Dressing over salad.
