Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

This different way of cooking pork steak starts with lean pork tenderloin that is cut into "steaks". But the real appeal is the grilled plums and onion-plum sauce glaze.
4 pork steaks
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup plum jam or preserves
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 large plums
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Sprinkle the pork steaks with the salt and pepper.
Combine the onion, plum jam, brown sugar, grated ginger, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and garlic in a bowl. Brush one side of the pork steaks with the plum mixture.
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides of the plums with the plum jam mixture.
Place the pork steaks and plums, glaze side down on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes. Brush with remaining plum jam mixture. Turn and grill until the steaks are browned and cooked through and the plums are tender, about 4 minutes.
Serve the pork steaks with the plums.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

The plum baste is amazing! I could eat it with a spoon. Didn't have pork tenderloin so I used it on chops. So good!
