I made this tonight for supper and my kids LOVED it!!! They are very picky eaters so I was delighted to see clean plates at the end of supper. My mother in law stopped over to drop off canning supplies and I made her a plate and she also loved it so I copy the recipe for her!! Thank you for the great recipe

Wonderful taste, great flavor, and good with brown rice!!
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
