Ingredients:
6 pork steaks, 3/4 inch thick
1 teaspoon adobo fresco sauce (or to taste)
3 medium limes, juiced
2 whole jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced (use gloves when handling)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Sprinkle adobo seasoning onto both sides of pork.

Combine juice, chilies, and cilantro in large, resealable plastic bag Add seasoned pork and seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

Remove pork from bag; discard marinade. Grill pork over medium-hot coals 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until barely pink in center. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
