The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
2 quarts romaine lettuce leaves, washed, torn, and chilled
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more to serve
2 cans (6 ounce size) tuna, drained
Caesar salad dressing, to taste
croutons, to taste
directions
In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, Parmesan cheese and tuna. Add Caesar dressing to taste and toss gently.
Serve with additional cheese and croutons.
