Soya Steak Marinade Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soya Sauce
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1 clove Garlic -- Minced
Directions:
Mix hot chicken broth with honey and soya sauce in a 1 cup measure. Pour mixture into an 8x8x2 pan or in a zipper lock bag. Mix in ketchup, ginger and garlic. Place steaks in marinade at least 2 hours turning occasionally. Soak overnight in the fridge for best results.
