Easy, delicious breakfast. I plan to add some nuts, maybe pecans next time. It would be good with berries also.

When my son was born, I would make this the night ahead and get it cooking while we were sleeping on low. When my husband got up in the morning for work, he had a hot healthy breakfast. This dish is AMAZING!!! And sooo easy to make! ~Liz

This was pretty tasty. I cooked it on low for about 5 hours, and it ended up a little dry. But, my hubby said that he would eat it again. Maybe next time I will try adding just a little milk. Instead of regular granola, I DID use "Just Bunches" (by Honey Bunches of Oats). Mmmm
