5 cups rolled oats
2 1/2 cups milk
4 medium eggs
1/2 cup honey or sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients until mixed.

Pour into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve topped with fruit or your favorite topping.
