1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sliced banana
1 egg
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup pineapple chunks cut up small
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
directions
Put ingredients in pan and select white bread setting and light crust. hit start. Cool before slicing.
