This is some seriously heavenly holiday-spiced bread with eggnog and nutmeg flavors. Really phenomenal for making a Christmas bread pudding.
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup eggnog, at room temp
Combine all the ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Use the white bread/light crust setting.
