1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon dried orange peel
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces warm milk
3/4 cup raisins

Yummy, sweeter than I thought it would be. I doubled the orange and lemon (I always double spices) but it still had a very subtle flavor. Will definitely make again -- tomorrow.
