ingredients
16 ounces macaroni, cooked
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups frozen peas
1 can French-style green beans, rinsed and drained
1 can cooked carrots, rinsed and drained
1 cup celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
Dressing
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
Then, in smaller bowl, place dressing ingredients, and stir well, until sugar is dissolved. Pour on top of macaroni mixture and stir until just combined.
Chill before serving.
