ingredients
1 package baby shells or macaroni pasta
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, diced
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
directions
Cook macaroni as directed; drain and rinse in cold water. Combine with cheese, eggs and vegetables.
Blend salad dressing and pickle juice; toss with shells and vegetable mixture.
