What's better than French toast for breakfast? French toast made with cinnamon rolls instead of bread. It's a good way to use up some leftover cinnamon rolls.

ingredients
4 large cinnamon rolls
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
non-stick cooking spray
directions
Slice the cinnamon rolls in half lengthwise.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Whisk in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat it over medium-high heat.
Dip each cinnamon roll half in the batter. Place on the hot skillet. Cook until golden brown then flip over and cook on the other side.
Serve hot with maple syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
