4 large cinnamon rolls
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
non-stick cooking spray
directions
Slice the cinnamon rolls in half lengthwise.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Whisk in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat it over medium-high heat.
Dip each cinnamon roll half in the batter. Place on the hot skillet. Cook until golden brown then flip over and cook on the other side.
