Drink this refreshing, sparkling lime drink as-is or use it as a mixer for cocktails.
ice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoon freshly lime juice
3/4 cup soda water
1 slice lime
Fill a glass half full with ice cubes. Stir in the simple syrup and lime juice. Add the soda water and mix well. Garnish with a slice of lime, if desired.

A most refreshing summer drink. Much better than commercial sodas made from artificial flavors sweetened with corn syrup. Plus there are health benefits to lime juice.
