ingredients
4 cups orange juice
1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
1 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon balm, chopped
2 cups water
directions
Combine orange juice, sugar, lime juice, water, and chopped lemon balm. Allow to steep and chill for at least two hours or overnight.
To serve, strain out chopped lemon balm leaves, and pour over ice. Garnish with a whole lemon balm leaf. Do not use a sprig of lemon balm as this tends to wilt quickly.
