Fresh-squeezed juice is the way to go for orange smoothies. This healthy Jamba Juice copycat is equal parts citrusy and creamy thanks to plenty of vanilla frozen yogurt.

serves/makes:

ready in:
  under 30 minutes

ingredients

12 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice
10 strawberries, hulled and cut in half
3/4 banana, sliced
2 scoops non-fat vanilla flavored frozen yogurt
2 ice cubes

directions

Combine the orange juice, fruit, frozen yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth. If a thicker consistency is desired, add more yogurt. If it's too thick, add more juice.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
