Cheddar Spinach Appetizer Squares

ingredients
1 can (8 ounce size) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Unroll crescent rolls; place in 13- x 9-inch baking pan. Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of pan; seal perforations.
In medium bowl combine all remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into crust.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until filling is set. Cut into squares.
