6 chicken livers
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons minced olives
6 slices bacon (cut in half)
bread crumbs
Cut livers into halves, spread with mustard and olives.
Wrap bacon around each piece and secure with toothpicks.
Roll in crumbs and bake in hot oven (425 degrees F) 10 to 15 minutes.

Part of the Great Bacon Experiment @ CDKitchen. If you like chicken liver, you'll love this recipe. The minced olive and mustard tucked under the bacon added just that little "something" liver needs. The liver was done to perfection.
