Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers

ingredients
3/4 pound chicken livers, cut into quarters
20 whole blanched almonds
10 slices bacon, cut in half
Sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place 1 chicken liver and 1 almond on top of 1/2 slice bacon. Roll up; secure with wooden pick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
In medium bowl, stir together sauce ingredients. Add chicken livers; marinate 10 minutes.
Place chicken livers and sauce in jelly roll pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until liver is fork tender.
