3 cups water
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3/4 cup lemon juice
directions
Combine water, sugar and lemon peel in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour mixture into the canister of an ice cream maker. Stir in lemon juice.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
