Tortellini Alfredo With Peas And Bacon

ingredients
1 package (9 ounce size) refrigerated spinach cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices lean bacon, coarsely chopped
1 container (10 ounce size) refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
directions
Cook onion, mushrooms and bacon in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp; drain. Add pasta, sauce, peas and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.

This recipe was great! Added 1 more slice of bacon also added capers and instead of peas made zucchini as a veggie dish. The aroma while cooking was delightful! Reminded me of carbonara.
