Slow Cooker Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

ingredients
2 pounds frozen hash browns
1 can (12 ounce size) evaporated milk
1 can (10 ounce size) cheddar cheese soup
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound cubed ham
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
directions
Place frozen hash browns in crock pot on a low setting.
In sauce pan add together evaporated milk, cheese sauce, butter or margarine, and salt. Bring to boil. Pour over potatoes; add ham and mix together.
Cook for 3 hours. Add grated cheese and cook for 1 hour.

I made the mistake of taking a nibble when it was time to add the cheese. Half the crock later... Let's just say I was VERY thankful to have additional ingredients on hand to replace what I scarfed down. It was THAT good.
