Spicy Potato Casserole

ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons minced onion
5 cups medium diced potatoes, cooked
4 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
directions
Combine sour cream, milk and onion.
Place half the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne. Add half the sour cream mix. Repeat process.
Melt the butter and toss with bread crumbs. Top potatoes with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
