Baked Potatoes With Tuna & Broccoli In Cheese Sauce

ingredients
2 cans (6 ounce size) chunk light or albacore tuna, drained and chunked
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1/4 cup green onions, minced, including tops
1/2 cup sour cream, light
2 medium (10-12 ounce size) baking potatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
directions
Wash and pierce potatoes. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes. Wrap in foil, let stand to finish cooking while preparing broccoli.
Microwave vented pouch of broccoli on HIGH 5 minutes.
In a medium microwaveable bowl, combine tuna and chili powder. Gently stir in broccoli. Cover, heat on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through.
Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise. Top with broccoli-tuna mixture, sprinkle with onions and bacon. Top each with 1 tablespoon light sour cream.
