1 package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
3 cups mild cheddar cheese
1 package (8 ounce size) sour cream
1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Topping
6 cups puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup melted butter
directions
Mix all above ingredients except topping together and bake at 350 degrees F in a greased casserole dish for 30 minutes.
Topping: Mix together cereal and melted butter. Put on top of potato mixture and bake 30 more minutes. Caution!! They are addictive.
