ingredients
1 package (5.5 ounce size) hash brown potatoes with onions
1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chiles, drained
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
3 tablespoons margarine
directions
Cover potatoes with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Layer half each of the potatoes, chilies, and cheese into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Dot with half of the margarine. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover and bake until golden brown.
