ingredients
1/2 pound large red apples
1/2 pound green Granny Smith apples
2 dill pickles (not the Kosher style)
1 medium Vidalia or sweet type onion
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
directions
Wash and core apples, but do not peel.
Place in grinder or food processor together with pickles and onion, and coarsely grind. Add sugar and vinegar; chill thoroughly.
Serve with pork or poultry.
