Cheeseburger Turnovers

ingredients
4 ounces ground turkey or beef
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon loose meat seasoning
1 can (10 count size) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large skillet, brown meat and onion. Stir in pepper and seasoning.
Place half the biscuits on a cookie sheet sprayed with butter flavor cooking spray. Pat each biscuit with hands to form a 4" circle.
Evenly divide meat mix over biscuits and sprinkle about 1 Tb. cheese on each. Pat remaining biscuits into 4" circles and place on top of meat-filled biscuits.
Using a fork, seal edges well, then prick top of each 3-4 times. Lightly spray tops with butter flavored cooking spray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
