Bisquick Sausage Meatballs

ingredients
3/4 cup baking mix (Bisquick)
1/3 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1 pound mild Italian sausage, casing removed
1 1/2 cup Chedarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
14 1/2 ounces marinara sauce
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT marinara sauce. Shape meat mixture into 1-inch balls and bake on ungreased 15 x 10- inch jelly-roll pan for 20 to 25 minutes. Meatballs should be golden brown when done. Heat marinara sauce in saucepan or microwave oven. Serve meatballs with sauce using appetizer forks or toothpicks.
