A tasty and healthy alternative to traditional dips. This creamy blend features soft tofu, fresh cucumber, and zesty lemon juice, spiced up with dried dill and garlic powder.

ingredients
1 cucumber
1 pound soft tofu
1 teaspoon dried dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt, to taste
directions
Peel and slice the cucumber. Add the cucumber, tofu, dill, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, and salt to a food processor. Process the tofu mixture until smooth.
Transfer the tofu dill dip to a covered container and chill for 2-3 hours before serving. Serve the dip with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
