Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This is a good, basic stuffed celery recipe, with the walnuts adding good crunch and the olives adding nice, festive flecks of red and green. However, I found it to be very bland for my taste. I added salt and pepper (even though the olives add a salty, briny flavor, regular salt was needed to enhance the cream cheese and sour cream), worcestershire sauce and more hot sauce. I definitely recommend seasoning to taste before filling. I chose to pipe the filling into the celery, and simply added a little more sour cream to achieve the right consistency. Shaving a little extra off of the bottoms of the celery also helps in keeping them upright on a platter, or use a bed or cranberries for a really festive backdrop.
