white wine for smoothing
2 parts seasoned cream cheese
chipped beef
directions
Smooth cheeses together with a little wine. Spread a layer of cheese on each slice of chipped beef. Roll up. Chill and cut into bite size pieces and spear with colored cocktail forks.
