ingredients
3 cups matzoh farfel
5 eggs, separated
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon salt
1 stick melted butter
2 cups applesauce
1 can crushed pineapple
directions
Wet farfel. Beat yolks, salt, sugar, and butter. Mix with farfel. Add applesauce, pineapple, cinnamon.
Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
