ingredients
2 large egg whites
1 cup Parmesan cheese (green can)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
vegetable oil
directions
Put whites in bowl and let them come to room temp. With electric mixer beat until they peak (add a touch of cream of tartar to help). Fold in Parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper. Mix all together.
Form about 20 balls and fry them in about an inch of oil in small skillet. Place on paper towel to drain and absorb excess grease.
