ingredients
9 eggs
1 pound sage-flavored breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
3 cups whole milk
3 slices white bread, (de-crusted & cubed in 1" squares)
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 dashes Mrs. Dash seasoning
directions
Spray large dish (9 x 13) generously. Combine all ingredients, cover with Saran wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 1 hour in 350 degrees F oven.
Cut into squares to serve.
You may also ladle into individual 4 ounce ramekins and bake the same as above.
