  1. Dorothy REVIEW:

I needed an easy hot meal for breakfast. It was wonderful! it took minimal prep time, no preparation in the morning, and it tasted great! Everyone loved it.

  2. Peggy O REVIEW:

Good. Minced dry onion is a nice in place of the mustard, we don't care for the mustard flavor. 2 tsp is a subtle addition, and adds nice flavor.

  3. TomC REVIEW:

I used my home made white loaf bread for this. The only step I did not follow was trimming the crust. I love the crust! I thought this recipe could have used a little more pepper (no problem just add it at the table). I made this recipe for 2 of us and we have eaten 3 mornings worth. Like many dishes, it is better the second morning. Next time, I will put chopped onions and meat in it. I thought overall it was an excellent dish as I have been cooking for the better part of my 65 years but never made strata before. As you can see in my photo, it is a pretty dish.
