Make-Ahead Maple-Pecan Breakfast Casserole

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) fully cooked sausage patties
1 loaf (16 ounce size) cinnamon swirl raisin bread, cut into cubes
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup
directions
Brown sausage, drain and cut into bite sized pieces. Place bread cubes in greased 13x9 baking dish or pan. Top with sausage.
Combine eggs, milk and half and half, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Press bread into mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night.
In bowl, combine pecans, butter, and maple syrup. Drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
