ingredients
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
1 tablespoon dry mustard
directions
Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce to a boil in a large saucepan.
Combine cornstarch and dry mustard in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir in to vinegar mixture and heat until it thickens; stirring constantly. Stir in ginger.
Serve hot or cold.
