3 pounds boneless skinless chicken, cut up
salt and pepper
6 ounces tomato paste
3/4 cup beer
3/4 cup stuffed olives, with liquid
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in crock pot.
Mix tomato paste and beer together and pour over chicken. Add olives.
Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours.

I totally didn't expect to like this with the green olives in it but it was really good. I added a little dried oregano and some garlic powder. I don't usually like green olives but they kinda mellowed in the tomato beer liquid and this turned out good. I served this over rice because I wasn't sure how else to serve it.

This is a great recipe. I have tried it with different flavors of beer too. I think I like Budweiser the best, but we're trying Corona tonight!
