3 cups pecans, chopped
3 egg whites, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 300 degrees F oven for about 20 minutes.
