ingredients
3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
2 flour tortillas
6 fresh spinach leaves
2 tablespoons thinly sliced carrot strips
4 tablespoons turkey, cooked and diced
2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped
directions
Combine cream cheese, salsa and sour cream in a bowl and blend well.
Spread mixture onto flour tortilla. Place remaining ingredients onto tortilla, roll up and cut crosswise to form small appetizers. Serve with salsa.
