Steamed Mixed Greens

ingredients
1/3 pound washed mustard greens, stemmed and chopped
1/2 pound washed collard greens, stemmed and chopped
1/3 pound washed Swiss chard, stemmed and chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
directions
Bring water to a boil in a large steamer.
Spread the chopped greens on the cutting board. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg and toss to mix.
Combine the chopped greens on a platform of the steamer and steam for 4 to 6 minutes.
