ingredients
1 bunch kale, leaves finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt
2 teaspoons tomato paste
directions
Cook kale and green pepper in small amount of salted water, just until tender. Brown onion in oil, over medium heat.
Add and fry tomato paste and garlic until oil separates. Add cooked kale and mix well.
