Adobo Kang Kong

ingredients
1/2 cup cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 pound kang kong (water spinach)
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce, to taste
1 cup pork, chopped
1 cup water
directions
Wash and drain kang kong tops (use okra or string beans as substitutes). Saute garlic, pepper, onion and pork until brown.
Add water and simmer until meat is tender. Add kang kong and soy. Add vinegar when kang kong is cooked.
