A low carb, keto friendly version of the famous Bloomin' Onion. It's grilled instead of battered and fried.

ingredients
1 large onion (peeled)
2 tablespoons melted butter
seasoned salt, to taste
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
garlic pepper to taste
directions
Set onion upright on a sheet of foil. Make several slices deep into onion without cutting completely through. Pour butter over onion. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Place onion and foil directly over hot coals and cook until soft, about 20 minutes
