Green Tomato Mincemeat

ingredients
12 cups chopped green tomatoes
16 cups apples, unpeeled, cored
4 cups chopped sultanas
2 cups currants
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon rind
2 tablespoons orange rind
6 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
3 teaspoons salt
2 pinches cloves
8 tablespoons margarine
directions
Chop in processor apples and tomatoes. Add remaining fruit and process. Blend everything in a large pot. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bottle and process in hot water bath.
